The Prison Healer, Noni, Lynette

The prison setting, the trials, Kiva trying to keep everyone alive I was invested in everything. And obviously Jaren. I knew the second he showed up that I was going to love him 😭

I also loved how the romance wasn't the entire plot, but it was still enough that I was constantly waiting for Kiva and Jaren scenes.

And don't even get me started on that ending because WHAT??? LIKE JAREN KIVA WHY ARE YOU TRICKING ME THE WHOLE DAMN BOOK!!!!!
