Welcome to Between the Pages, my little corner of the internet dedicated to books and all the emotions they put me through. 😭

I’m the type of reader who gets WAY too attached to fictional characters, highlights approximately half the book, and will absolutely judge a story based on how much it emotionally damages me. If a book has a slow burn, heartbreaking romance, protective love interest, or a scene that makes me put the book down and stare at the wall for five minutes… I’m probably going to love it.

I read mostly romance, YA, fantasy, mysteries, and thrillers, but I’ll occasionally pick up something completely different if it sounds interesting. Some books get five stars, some get sent directly to the DNF Graveyard, and some permanently alter my brain chemistry.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Really good and I’d recommend it.
⭐⭐⭐ — Good, but something was missing.
⭐⭐ — Yeah… this was not for me.
⭐ — We need to talk.
DNF 💀 — Welcome to the graveyard.

And occasionally a book earns INFINITE STARS, because five simply isn't enough.
